The problem
The headline opportunity looked attractive, but the real questions sat underneath it: where it could work, what needed to be built first, how economics changed at scale, and what investors needed to believe.

Built a practical decision model covering site and infrastructure constraints, phased deployment, commercial assumptions, capital requirements, stakeholders and the sequence of decisions before serious commitment.
