Building an International Talent Business from Scratch.
Designing the proposition, operating model and infrastructure behind a cross-border talent business.
The problem
Hiring internationally created opportunity, but also complexity. Recruitment, local employment, payroll, equipment, connectivity, security, onboarding and ongoing support were all separate problems for the customer to solve.
What I did
I designed the business around removing that complexity. I developed the proposition, customer journey, employment model, service architecture, systems, partner network and operating processes needed to take someone from initial role requirement through to being fully embedded and supported within the customer’s team.
What changed
A staffing idea became a complete, launchable service with a clear customer proposition and an operating model behind it.
